Quivira Road
Construction Alert

Quivira Road Construction Alert! A long-term road project at Interstate 435 and Quivira Road may cause delays of 15 minutes or longer in reaching our Quivira office. Please be aware that effective Feb. 29, the eastbound I-435 ramp from Quivira Road will be closed for reconstruction work on the U.S. 69 and I-435 Red Project in Overland Park. Traffic will detour south on Quivira Road, then east on College Boulevard to northbound U.S. 69, and then back to eastbound I-435. Construction on Interstate 435 between U.S. Highway 69 and Quivira Road will continue through 2013. Eventually, crews will replace the entire Quivira Road overpass and also close the westbound ramps.
