J. Anthony "Tony" Heit, M.D., is a family man in the best sense of the word. He and his wife, Terry, a physical therapist and current full-time mother, have four children. Dr. Heit himself came from a large family, so it's only natural that he enjoys helping his patients start their own families, or add to them. "My family is important to me, so I know it's important to my patients," Dr. Heit says.
Test ResultsIn order to determine your specific health care problem, your physician may order a variety of diagnostic tests. Routine laboratory tests may be performed in our Quivira Office from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. We also offer ultrasound, fetal monitoring and bone densitometry in our office. In some cases, your physician may order more complex tests to evaluate your problem. Area hospitals and free-standing diagnostic centers often perform these tests and bill separately for these services. Test results are sent to your physician, who usually will discuss this information and a treatment plan with you at a follow-up office visit. Prescription RefillsWe accept requests for prescription refills Monday through Friday between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Please ask your pharmacy to contact our office to refill your prescriptions. No prescription requests are taken after hours or on weekends. |
